Things have a way of turning around.
I met a guy not too long ago. Really sweet. Really cute.
We met up at my school. We sat on a bench and just, talked. Flirted. It was so sweet. So nice.
I’ve forgotten how much I love to just, be hugged.
We have a date on Friday to see a movie.

Why, might you ask?
I finally got an iPod. I’ve wanted one forever. I figured since I’m not taking classes this summer, the money that would’ve been used towards books can be used on other things — like iPods.
It’s a nice little 4GB nano. I’ve already bought a cute little holder for it and a car charger/power thing so I can play it in the car.
Other than that, not much else is going on.
Although, I do wish a certain someone that refuses to talk to me or answer my phone calls would get off his high horse and freaking talk to me already.
Seriously. What are you waiting for?

I’ve been working out regularly. I’m eating right and walking at least two miles a day. Well, I was. I have a stationary bike now and I set it on this program for 30 minutes. It’s like you’re riding up and down hills. I love it. My legs feel so strong. I’ll do that every day for 30 minutes, and walk a mile and a half, at least. I’m down 20 pounds (this week the weight loss is non-existent thanks to my monthly visitor) and I’ve lost three inches from my waist. Stoked!
I’ll have to take some good photos after I lose the rest. I have some older photos at my heaviest to show the “before”.
I hope to rid myself of the last 20-25 pounds by September 1st. I think I can do it!

Sassy miss and I will be headed back to Maryland for the weekend to stay with a friend of mine. My birthday is Sunday and I really needed a get-away. I’m making dinner Friday night. Saturday he and I will be taking K to the Maryland zoo then out to dinner. Sunday… er. I don’t know. I’ll stay for a little while, but probably leave that afternoon.
Exciting times! I love not having school!

Most of you know, I have FM. On average, my pain is about a 4/5. I deal with it and try to go about my business. Today, however, the pain is about an 8. By far the worst flare-up I’ve ever had.
I thought maybe a hot shower would help my skin, joints and unclog my nose. Well, the simple task of cleaning myself with a loofa literally brought me to tears. I took me forever just to wash my body, meanwhile I’m crying because it hurts so effing bad, re-clogging my nose.
I’m (almost) 24 years old. I’m too young to deal with this shit.
